If you would like to schedule an appointment at our office, please call us at 586-247-5437. We will do our best to find an appointment that works for you!

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call and give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Frequent cancelations with less than 24 hours’ notice or multiple missed appointments may result in dismissal from our office.
